Service Model Steps

1. Discovery (2-4 weeks)

A focused technology and architecture discovery covering your systems, data, integrations and constraints. We look first for what can be optimised in the systems you already run. This phase focuses on defining the best route forward and often includes:

  • Use case exploration and prioritisation

2. Prioritise

We agree a backlog ranked by return on investment, each item with a named owner and a measure of value.

3. Mobilise

A cross-functional team ready to start within 2–3 weeks, led by a UK delivery manager as your single point of accountability.

  • Flexible delivery models (remote, hybrid, on-site)

4. Deliver in 90-day cycles

Each 90-day cycle ends with a measurable outcome.

5. Run, evolve or hand over
